Details of the business are as follows:

Operational since May 2006.
The cafe is located in a rented, 3 story, 1 1/2 wide shophouse is Chalong. Shophouse is 2 years old. Cafe is the center unit in a 3 unit building. Ground floor is the internet cafe; 2nd floor is used as an office/dining area; 3rd floor is living area with 1 bedroom/living room or 2 bedrooms if you choose.
Rent is 15,000 Baht/month, payable by the month.
There is NO KEY MONEY INVOLVED!

High Speed DSL/phone line.
15 operational workstations for customers; headphones are on each station.
1 workstation for staff.
3 toilets/showers (wet rooms), 1 on each floor. Commercial paper holders are in every toilet/shower. (Shower, toilet, granite counter with sink, and mirror are in each bathroom.)
Shophouse is on city water.
3 prong, GROUNDED outlets, are installed throughout the shophouse. Extra outlets have been installed in every room and are on every floor. Ground line installed on main bus.
3 Air-conditioners, 2 in the cafe, 1 in the bedroom on the 3rd floor. 15,000 BTU each for the cafe, 12,000 BTU for the bedroom.

Furniture included: 16 workstation desks, 2 unit storage cabinet are on the ground floor including all the framed posters; 2 folding tables/4 chairs, display cabinet, 3 - two unit storage cabinets on 2nd floor, are on the 2nd floor; double bed, two wardrobes, nightstand, and TV stand are on the 3rd floor; kitchen has a basic kitchen cabinet, sink, detached gas stove; all curtain rods and curtains throughout all floors.
Cable TV is installed in each of the 2 rooms on the 3rd floor.
