Services I Provide

Web Site Design:

Site designs are template based and custom tailored to your needs. This keeps the design costs low and affordable, and minimizes development time.

SimpleWebs will propose one or two designs of the same format, such as left border menu or tabbed menu, for final determination of the site layout by you.

Page length for text is average A4 size. If longer pages are required, please email me to discuss content.

Basic site layout consists of 6 pages (this is an average site, and will be tailored to fit your needs):

Home page; used to introduce your site and provides navigation to other pages. Navigation will appear on every page.
Information page; used to further describe your business or service.
Picture page; to show your business or products.
Events page; used to describe what special events may be happening.
Links page; this provides visitors to your site to other, similar sites of interest.
Contact/About page; used to provided visitors with email and other forms of communicating with you. Also used to show copyright information.

A guestbook or forum can be added at no additional charge. Guestbooks and forums are hosted via an external site for the viewing and recording of visitor comments.

A visible or invisible hit counter can be added at no additional charge. Counters are configured to prevent multiple hits from the same IP or multiple browser refreshes so you get a more reliable count.

Once the site format is determined and accepted, I will need a text file or printed pages and pictures containing the content you would like on each page.

Pages or your entire site can be duplicated in Thai if you choose. If you desire to have your site duplicated in another language other than Thai, you must provide the translation for each page in a word document.

Graphics:

Photographs or graphics can be supplied by you. Photographs can be cropped, buttonized, or a drop shadow added per your request. Photos of your business can be taken by me at your request if you need high resolution photos.

Any standard graphic or photograph format is acceptable (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .png, .ai). Most photographs are reduced in size unless stated by the customer.

For non-standard formats, please email me to verify that your format is acceptable.

Company name / custom logo can be designed by me based on your business sign, idea or even a drawing. Name will appear on every page in the header section. If your logo is large, it will appear on the home page only, if it is small, it can appear on every page in the header area if desired. The logo can also be used as a menu if desired. Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom logo design.

Menu buttons can be rollover or link, the number of buttons is dependant on the number of pages desired for your site.

Languages:

English is the primary site language unless another is specifically requested and all text must be provided by the client. Additional languages must be supplied in a word document and emailed to SimpleWebs. Machine translation is available and is limited, and may not be 100% correct in a translation.

E-Commerce:

Online store setup can be done using osCommerce with a storefront, shopping cart, and online payment. Client must provide their own PayPal account. Store setup cost is in addition to site price and is 25,000 Baht. Maintenance fee is 2,000 Baht per month for addition of new product.

Photo Gallerys:

Have a lot of photos you would like to share? Gallery setup is done using CopperMine Photo Gallery system. Gallery setup is 2,000 Baht in addition to the site design fee.

Business Cards?

Do you need business cards for your business? Recommended is SP Internet Corner & Game, located on Nanai Road in Patong. Cards are heavy stock and laminated. Best prices in town and are of a size that will easily fit into anyones wallet! Email for details. They also create brochures and menus!

Prices:

Basic Package is 400 US$ (18,000 Baht) and includes:

Design.
6 pages; 1 home page and 5 additional pages, 1 language.
Site hosting and URL registration. Obvious business name will be attempted to be registered, SimpleWebs reserves the right to register a URL in your business name based on name availability.
Basic search engine submission.
Web based email, includes 10 addresses. If you are currently using another web based email, such as Hotmail or Yahoo and desire to use that, please provide the address you would like to have on your site. Instructions on web-based email and POP3 email will be provided.
5 gig of server space.

- Each additional page 1,000 Baht.
- Each additional page with more than 50 photographs, 1,500 Baht.
- Yearly URL and hosting renewal, 2,500 Baht, regardless of size of site.
- Additional languages, 1,000 Baht each page.
- If you are looking to get a large site setup, the additional page fees can be reduced depending on how many pages you need.

Amount due will be determined by your request and needs and is an estimate until site is accepted by the client.

Deposit of 50% of the estimate is due before work begins, remaining amount is due immediately upon hosting site. If payment is not received, site will be deleted until final payment is made. Deposit is non-refundable.

Don't need a 6 page site? I can create a site for you from 1 page to many, pricing for smaller sites is listed below:
1 Page site: 13,000 Baht.
2 Page site: 14,000 Baht.
3 Page site: 15,000 Baht.
4 Page site: 16,000 Baht.
5 Page site: 17,000 Baht.

Already have a site? I can update and modify for you. I will need the hosting server's login name and password. Price on request.

Already own your own URL but no hosting? I can do your hosting for you and you will be responsible for renewing your URL. I will need your hosting domain service login name and password in order to change the name servers to point to the correct hosting server. Price on request.

Payment Options:

Payment can be made in person, ATM Transfer in Thailand, or PayPal through the Internet. For PayPal, I will send an email with payment information. After site is accepted and hosted, I will email a final Invoice and payment information for remaining amount due.

Other forms of payment can be arranged via email.
